If I buy a Softener or Reverse Osmosis System from online or a big box store will you install it?

We do not stand behind these products and therefore cannot install them. In our experience they do not last nearly as long as our products and buying parts or fixing them is very difficult. You normally need to hire a plumber to install these products and likely they will not warrantee them either. Since we manufacture all of our own products we test and are able to troubleshoot any issues during their lifetime. Even though these products from online or big box stores may be less expensive upfront they become costly if any problems occur. For our products we generally see 10-15 years of troublefree service and some last up to 25 years. You can always extend the life of your softener with minor fixes along the way rather than a total replacement.
